Frank Harrington

Frank Harrington is Managing Director of HARRINGTON INTERNATIONAL Corporate Finance with over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector. He is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCMA, CGMA). 

 

Frank established Corporate Finance divisions in two of the top 15 accountancy firms in Ireland and successfully completed a large number of acquisitions, disposals and seed capital fundraisings.  Prior to that, he held a Senior Corporate Lending position with an international bank based in Dublin, Ireland. 

Subsequently, as an international consultant and corporate advisor, Frank has completed, and advised on, numerous deals including: 

 

• Acquisition of media companies

• Sale of a telecommunications company

• Sale of retail distribution companies 

• Restructuring of waste recycling company 

• Senior debt fundraising for renewable energy company

• Sale of IT Managed Services business 

• Seed Capital Fundraising for a gift card company

• Corporate Advisor to €5bn International Private Equity company seeking acquisitions in Ireland.
